Client Policies
In an effort to maintain the best level of service for my clients, I have the following policies:
Note: Mondays and Tuesdays are my off days. If you
have to have an appointment on my off days there will be an extra charge
of $40-100 depending on the service.
I don't mind working on a holiday and I work on
Sundays. I work by appointment only, from my home so if you need a late
appointment, it is NOT a problem. If you are consistently late, I will BOOK you accordingly, which means, If you do not value my time, I will assume you don't value yours and I will book you with someone else. No one is allowed in the studio
except those who have an appointment that day.
A 50% deposit is required to book ALL HAIR EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS. Even if I have done your hair before, so if you know you are getting your hair redone in 3 months and your money is always funny (I can help you change that around, by the way) I suggest making payments towards your next hair extension redo. YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME IF I DON'T HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT.
If you cancel your
appointment without giving a 48 hour notice, you will be required to pay
a missed appointment fee which is half of the missed service for which I
blocked my valuable time to devote to caring for your hair.
I realize that Life
happens and sometimes we cannot give notice, so I have a two strike policy. After that, you will have to
keep a credit card on file in order to book an appointment with me in
the future and the next missed appointment without proper notice will be
automatically charged to your card.
