Controlling the Blood Pressure Naturally

note:  I am NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR and am NOT TELLING YOU TO STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION.   This is MY EXPERIENCE and I share it with you for KNOWLEDGE and personal GROWTH in your life.-Michelle Carter



I have been very blessed in the past 4 weeks to have undergone an AMAZING metamorphosis in my thinking and as a result of this, I am enjoying a MAJOR change in my HEALTH for the better!  Now I am happy to share this LIFE SAVING/CHANGING information.


My blood pressure normally ran 147/94...154/97
taking 5mg of Norvasc and 9 mg of MELATONIN (WHICH
I SUGGEST YOU TAKE..START WITH 3 MG)
until I LEARNED THE ART OF CALMING DOWN.

When I was first prescribed medication for High blood Pressure, I rebelled, saying that I would take them, but I was making it my mission to UNDO what I HAD DONE to get that way.    This Dis-Ease, Hypertension, has visited many members of my family in the past.    I wasn't excited at all about the possible side effects of taking blood pressure medicine so I began to search, in all the wrong places.

 I was searching outside of myself.   By definition, Hypertension means EXCESSIVE TENSION.  Tension comes from stress, anxiety and worry.   While it is true that Black people have the most common occurrences of HBP,  I DISCERN that it is NOT A GENETIC DIS-EASE AS IN  we are "programmed to have that."  I believe that  Hypertension is a DIS-EASE of the MIND and it is A  sign that the "patient" has lost COMPLETE CONTROL OF HIS/her EMOTIONS.  

In Western society, we are in the habit of REACTING to life instead of mastering how to make life react to US....deliberately....for our HIGHEST GOOD.  At least, this was the case for me.   When we are filled with stress and anxiety, worry and are focused on "tomorrow" we create phsyiological and psychological changes in our body and MIND.
The Kybalion states "as above, so below."  The Bible States "As a man thinketh, so is he."  This means that if you have a chaotic mind, you will have a chaotic life and if you have a chaotic life, you will have a chaotic body or inner life.  

When we are feeling those emotions of stress, anxiety and any other negative emotion, we are blocking the flow of DIVINE ENERGY through our bodies and we become sick. 

The Kybalion (I strongly suggest reading it if it calls to you) also teaches us the law of polarities.  In studying the Law of Opposites, it is ONLY LOGICAL, that if we are having TOO MUCH TENSION and have to take medication as a result, in order to undo the situation, we need to REDUCE OUR TENSION.   

How do you reduce tension when your life is CRAZY?  
Make it your MISSION TO BECOME as HAPPY AS YOU CAN BE.   Do what EVER it takes (that is for everyone's highest good) to make yourself feel BETTER at every moment.   You can eat an elephant if you eat it one bite at a time.  Start with where you are.

Here are some breathing Excercises that the CREATOR shared with me: 
Breath work is KEY!  We must stop and take DEEP  BIG BELLY BREATHS FREQUENTLY...SIX AT A TIME and SMILE while you are doing it or think about something pleasant.  
If you are feeling worried, then you want to PRODUCE THE FEELING OF RELIEF.
Do this by taking in a DEEP BELLY BREATH, HOLD IT AND let it out while smiling and saying "Ahhhh!"  
Do this until the sick feeling or the feeling of stress leaves you.  

If you are feeling stressed or DEPRESSED
Another excercise is this:  Take in a Deep Belly Breath, hold it and on the exhale, smile and say "Mmmmmm!"    
Do this until you feel emotionally and energetically at peace.  It's no mistake that we make these sounds during sex.  They both make your whole body feel relaxed and at peace and they make you feel content.

If people are around you and you don't want to be embarrassed, you can do the 'Mmmm' and 'Ahhhh' in your mind and you can smile  to yourself (smile on the inside).

DECIDE RIGHT NOW that you are going to have yo'self some JOY no matter what.
Learn to become still in the mind, like a tree.
Give yourself KUDOS...a pat on the back.
REMEMBER YOUR SUCCESSES AND HAPPY TIMES.
Tell yourself that YOU LOVE YOU.
Spend Time in Nature
take time to meditate
COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS (if you can't think of any, count your inhalations...as many are, at this moment, taking their LAST inhalation).  Each breath you take is a blessing.  
Spend time around people that make you laugh and smile and feel GOOD.
Get  a Pet or Rub one.
Fill up your mP3 with music that makes you want to dance and sing.

And most importantly, call on the HIgher Power to clean your negative thoughts and turn them to Light.  

It will serve you well to release JUDGEMENT AND to FORGIVE all those YOU perceive as having "done you wrong."  The Lighter your Heart, THE HEALTHIER YOU WILL GET.  THE LIGHTER YOUR HEART, THE MORE GOOD THINGS WILL BEGIN TO HAPPEN TO YOU.

May I suggest:   a video on youtube.com called Quantum K Healing Part 1 and 2.  This is amazing and has helped me tremendously.  I love to share with others because I want to see the world I live in be a place where HAPPINESS IS REAL AND RAMPANT!
